We're currently updating the site and a few things may run slow or not as expected at the moment. Give us a day or two to get everything sorted out and changed up if you would.

One of the new things you'll see about are the 'sticky notes' which you will occasionally see from the site Admins if something important shows up or is newsworthy, or if you happen to be in one of our many beta testing groups giving you an additional heads up when something new needs to be looked at or sorted.

You can send these amongst yourselves as well if you wish, just don't abuse it.

Thanks for your patience!

Dead Man's Hand - 50SS GG2016, 5 rounds/32 player, Oct. 22/23, Seattle WA

Recommended Posts

I'm excited to announce our first 2-day Malifaux tournament! Green Lake Games in conjunction with St Andrew's Pub will be hosting a two day, 5 round tournament in Seattle on October 22nd and 23rd. Key data is below. Prize support includes play mats from Sparkle Party Death Mats, mystery boxes and limited editions from Wyrd and more! Guild scrip will be given to the best placed after victory points, as well as best painted as voted by the participants.

As this is the first 5-round tournament in the Seattle area (as far as I'm aware - apologies if I'm wrong!) I want to make things a little easier so the round time is increased, and schemes are available ahead of time to help ease the crew selection process.

Registered! Any advice for those flying in? Hotel suggestion?

There are a number of hotel / motels just within walking distance. They are pretty cheap and basic but reasonably reputable if you stick with a brand name (Travelodge, Days Inn). Other than that, I know a few people are looking at AirBnB.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Green Lake Games (who helped secure the gaming space) will also be sponsoring the tournament with some gift certificates that will be added to the attendee prize raffle! Given that they are just across the street from the venue, lucky winners will be able to take their certificates and exchange them on the day :-)

Additional sponsorship has come from Secret Weapon Miniatures (custom bases!) and Portable Warfare (miniature storage!) for the door prizes.

Also wanted to remind everyone that this is the last week to get tickets at Early Bird pricing: $25 vs $30 come October 1st. There are only 10 spots left so get your ticket soon!
