Malifaux Tournament

 

Date: August 27, 2016

Place: Fantasy Games 52025 State Route 933 South Bend, IN 46637

Time: Registration noon-12:30pm EDT. 1st round starts at 12:45pm EDT (see below for full schedule)

Entry Fee: $15

Player Limit: 16.  To reserve your spot, please post in forums below, facebook event, or PM.  Spots reserved on first come basis.

Encounter Size: 50ss, fixed faction

Painting Requirement and Proxy/Conversions: All models must be painted and based.  Proxy/Conversion must follow guidelines posted in Gaining Grounds 2016 and are subject to TO approval.

Scoring:  TP/Diff/VP

Prize Support: 1st place: Store credit worth 50% of total entry fees paid, Certificate, Trophy donated by Malifaux’s Most Wanted, prize donated by The Army Painter, and 3-point guilder. 2nd place: Store credit worth 25% of total entry fees paid, Certificate, Trophy donated by Malifaux’s Most Wanted, and 1-point guilder. 3rd place: Store credit worth 25% of total entry fees paid, Certificate, Trophy donated by Malifaux’s Most Wanted, and 1-point guilder. 4th-15th places: 1-point guilder. 16th place: prize donated by The Army Painter and 1 -point guilder. 2 small mystery boxes, 1 large mystery box, special stat card, prize support from Wargame Vault, Gadzooks Gaming, and Secret Weapon Miniatures will be picked by players 2nd through 15th.

12:00pm-12:30pm: Registration

12:45pm-2:30pm: Round 1. Last turn will be called at 2:20pm.

2:45pm-4:30pm: Round 2 Last turn will be called at 4:20pm.

4:30-5:00pm: Dinner Break

5:15pm-7:00pm: Round 3 Last turn will be called at 6:50pm.

7:15pm-9:00pm: Round 4 Last turn will be called at 8:50pm.

9:15pm: Awards

Round 3:

Strategy: Extraction

Scheme Pool: Convict Labor, Exhaust Their Forces, Hunting Party, Search the Ruins, Inspection

 

Round 4:

Deployment: Corner

Strategy: Headhunter

Scheme Pool: Convict Labor, Leave Your Mark, Hunting Party, Occupy Their Turf, Frame For Murder
