[Finer details and rules pack to be confirmed later in the week]

"In the Hunt" will be cambridgeshires inaugural Malifaux Competiton, something I have been threatening to do for a while! -A 50ss, 4 round ranked Tournament at the Montagu club in Huntingdon city centre (PE29 3QD). The club is home to the local wargames society, and has a fully licensed bar. Sainsburys is a stones throw away, and Greggs, Costa and a range of other eating establishments are within 5 minutes  walk.

There will be a range of prizes (already there is a mystery box and two limited edition boxes) for painting, sportsmanship, placings and a raffle.

Strategies will be announced in advance, schemes either on the day or the day before.

Numbers are currently capped at 32, although there might be some room to expand if demand is high enough!

Cost for the day is now £12.50, as we are past the early bird sign up date-payments too: mreteach@hotmail.co.uk (please add your forum name, real name and faction where possible to the payment!)

Come one, come all....! I hope to see you there!

Interested! How is it for parking?

Honestly not the best, but there is a car park (costs, but so have a fair few I've used for tournies like Sheffield, Woking and MK) around the corner. There are also nearby streets etc as ark as a few nearby spaces. Depends on residents TBH....!

Fantastic Dave- will be great to have you there! I've been to many of your fine events, and look forward to returning the favour...(well, at least having u at an event; I can't promise it will be fine- however, I will bring raffle tickets...?!)

painted crews required or unpainted ok?

I would prefer painted (ironic really, having once been a notorious user non-painted crews) but assembled, glued to base and undercoated is the absolute minimum. Fully painted will earn you extra raffle tickets on the day! End of the day, players who want to turn up and play Malifaux is the main aim!
