Into the Bayou speculations

Now that the Bayou book has had a preview of Bokor, I thought of beginning topic on people's thoughts of what it may include.

My guess is that once again there will be Pursuit based of most masters or single master split into two pursuits. Bokor being Zoraida type manipulator. Also I can see Moon shinobi/Fermented river monk being one of the new Advance pursuits. Gremlin weapons most likely also make their entrance and there may be weapons with built in triggers like Ricochet.

Any guesses what may come? Feel free to share.

Its an odd one. the last 2 books gave us pursuits and advanced pursuits to copy some masters and models from arcanists and ressers.

But i can't think of that many iconic gremlin characters which are original as many copy human masters (the kin, merris)

Defo on the moon shinobi

Maybe a brewer

Herder/Farmer

Gremlin Boss (Somer/Mah)

Lightning Bug/Wizard

Thing that crossed my mind is also the possibility for mounts since gremlins are known to ride pigs and roosters. (or if not now then maybe in "In the guild wars" book) Some pursuits that came to my mind are Mancha Roja type brawler, don't know how the mechanics would work besides changing masks Or maybe even McTavish type gator whisperer as an more evolved version of Pioneer and Primal.

There may also be some general talents to resist or negate diseases since bayou is full of them or maybe even a new skills like dungeoneering since there are ruins etc. around the bayou. From weaponry standpoint Culinary toolkit that works as a melee weapon would fit the mah tucket wannabes or there may even be a chef type pursuit. If the gremlin weaponry would be added with forced triggers they have in Malifaux, there even may be a way to enhance the weapons and remove unwanted triggers.

Not too excited about playable gremlins myself, but it's fun to speculate and there might be other interesting things in there. If Into the Bayou follows the theme of the other expansion books, pretty much all of the pursuits are loosely or partially based on Gremlin masters. What I'm expecting is:

Bokor: Definitely a Zoraida-type debuffer, most likely a mage utilizing Curses.

Som'er: Supporting the team at their expense and benefiting from friendly suffering.

Ulix: Minion master based on Husbandry, summons and buffs pigs or beasts.

Brewmaster: Drunken Kung fu and other buffs for being Intoxicated. Most likely talents to brew stronger booze.

Mah: Survivalist based on wilderness, specialising in either melee (like Mah) or ranged (like Bushwhackers).

Quite likely Wong and Ophelia will have their own pursuits, but I can't speculate anything about them right now. One thing the book is sure to have is expansions to liquors, brewing and illnesses with Intoxication becoming an Illness.

If we are going by the number of pursuits that might come, previous two both expansions had 8 basic pursuits and 5 Advanced pursuits, so there quite likely may be 13 pursuits in total.

Also the new Tarot flipping may be from up towards down (since the flow of water and stuff)
