Tapdancer
thought the comments on wastrels were suprisingly off the mark. Whilst a dog provides a great range of function, the wastrel provides considerable value for an extra stone vs a third or forth dog. Placed in a central slightly back of frontline location it can create a huge late activation threat with sword and reactivate. With discard a card for any suit and draw a card after resolving you create a good chance of doing 4 extra damage. An initiative win gives the chance of two more high value attack and cycle two low value cards out of your hand. Loosing initiative forces your opponent to kill the wastrel rather than deal with something else. Great supplement to the dog pack and more than capable of earning their keep.
Patzer
Great episode. The dual faction format was a great idea, and it was executed very well. I felt that the show provided with good depth for both factions, McCabe, and where the factions cross over. I was quite surprised that Smoke and Shadows were sold that high. Some critique might have given a better view of its limits, since getting 2-3 mid to high masks is pretty hard.
