Duck21
Very Impressive. This makes me want to do a project with a lot of re-sculpting of my own. By the way what is that mace made from?
ringsnake
Does Russia have some sort of intense arts curriculum in its school system? Is miniature painting more mainstream there than in North America? I see high talent coming from both Russia and other Eastern European nations. AlexiZ was certainly the first and most prominent artist I saw from her amazing Golden Demon wins, but I see a lot of cyrilic in the top end of Putty and Paint too.

This is exactly what I told my wife. For some reason, all the nice minis I see come from Russia.

Maybe it's the vodka? If the trick is to drink lots of vodka, then I could probably do that.
Sandmann
Those DMRs are awesome (and I'm really loking forward to seeing the Emissary finished ), but shouldn't they be on a 40mm base?
Popular Post Stark
Woah! Thank you guys for your comments))@Chou - Thank you! yeaah, that was something)) But very good practice of patience@Duck21 - Thanks man! This is brawn stuff) @ringsnake @Franchute - Haha, thanks)) Actually this is a mystery to me too, since I have no art education and don't drink alcohol But my tamed bear Vasiliy primed models for me @Sandmann - Thank you very much)) Yeas, that's true6 but I receive those DMR as pre-released and there is no cards or bases, so I don't know which would fit, and decided that it's the same as Death marshals. And only on Monday I saw in "ripples of fate" that in fact there is 40mm((( The older one I already changed, but the second one don't know how(( So! Here are the finished images of my Brutal emissary, or I should say the Law Emissary)) When I first saw Emissary I thought that I absolutely don't like his cage, his unsuitable sword of strange shape and his coffin for fat dwarfs (I do not want to offend anyone in any way), so I scratch built a scroll, the paper sheets on which he floats and there was an idea to give him a witching thrall on a chain. It was a cool idea, I even built the platform for him (that trail of paper sheets), but when it was almost done^ some guy said that he will looks cool with a mace aaaaand in my opinion it really does! And also I took coffin from old metal death marshal. Remember, you can see all WIP images, including inside of the robe HERE And also you can Subscribe to my Instagram, where I'll post a 360 video. 18

Stark
Well hello guys! Long time no see)) Thanks @Mortarion @Moondog @sigmar3 for kind words)) I was busy, but have some interesting pieces to show! And the main thing is my longest work - St. Abuela Ortega for my Spanish Inquisition crew. I've started her almost a year ago, painted her steam tank aaaaand can't continue her. Don't know why. It's pretty cool miniature, but her unoccupied hat drive me crazy. So one day I sculpted roses (14, more precisely) and planted all that space And of course the Wyrd Contest Femme Fatale was the main prod to finish granny. The contest was great (despite some issues) and I won it! It was very cool! Especially the opportunity to create character for my favorite game) Some days later I'll post here WIP images) PICTURE IS CLICKABLE (full size iside)
Stark
Well, since OSL is my strongest skill, I decided to try something new) I never try the flashlight, moreover, I didn't find ANY of references or similar works( The only artist who painted something similar was Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. So I think it's interesting challenge) My work - the scene from the story, where described last hours of the living Molly Squidpiddge. She was taking pictures of Gorgones Tear in the museum, when Seamus came for her. The photos she caught, show the shadow of the serpentine woman who no one saw. I hope to be in time with that project)

Treehouse
This is one of the occasions where a simple 'like' just doesn't cut it. I absolutely love the idea for your diorama and it is very well executed. Colours, lights and overall atmosphere are spot on. Great work! :-)
