We're currently updating the site and a few things may run slow or not as expected at the moment. Give us a day or two to get everything sorted out and changed up if you would.

One of the new things you'll see about are the 'sticky notes' which you will occasionally see from the site Admins if something important shows up or is newsworthy, or if you happen to be in one of our many beta testing groups giving you an additional heads up when something new needs to be looked at or sorted.

You can send these amongst yourselves as well if you wish, just don't abuse it.

  1. Hiya, I've been having trouble with the Damaged / Mispacked Products form on the website at https://www.wyrd-games.net/contact. I've submitted a request twice, last week and the week before, without any responses to my chosen e-mail address. I also submitted a General Feedback form request to no avail. It's only regarding a mispacked stat card issue, namely a Widow Weaver instead of the expected Bunraku cards. The last time I submitted a request, it was via the older forum contact and I got feedback instantly. Should I be contacting Wyrd in some other way?
  2. Use the contact us form here and selected 'Damaged/Mispacked Product'. If you send us a direct e-mail, we're likely going to point you right back to this from here out so that we can keep things a bit more organized and get all the information we need up front without having to do back and forth e-mails to chase after pictures, addresses, etc. Please be sure to provide all the needed information, including name and address.
