  1. I agree. What I mean is that Wyrd preferably should deliver to specialty stores, even with smaller order quantities. Because the strength of the real physical, brick-and-mortar stores is that they can acquire new customers. And thus also new future game partners for me. The convenient and cheap shopping from your own PC is nice - shopping in a real game shop with social interaction is even more enjoyable. And it keeps the hobby alive.
  2. First of all, I hope this is the right place. In Facebook, the question was asked, how many play Malifaux, compared to Warhammer and why. What was criticized about Wyrd products was the language barrier and availability. First of all, I think the whole Wyrd stuff is awesome. And your website including Wyrd Homepage is exemplary. But .., I partially agree with it. The language problem is not so bad, multilingual education is standard in the European Schools, Europeans speak 2 or 3 languages on average. There are also good translations for download now. So that's not so bad and was solved well with the translations for download. What bothers me, however, is that even with well-stocked stores (I take as an example the largest in Switzerland, Tactica Zurich) many figures are simply not available. Not because the shop does not order, but because wyrd does not deliver. It is understandable that you would rather deliver a large quantity than to send a small order for the same logistic service. But the bill does not work that way. I would like to take the example of the Swiss shop once again: the infrastructure there is optimal. It has 3 or 4 large game tables. It has a table where I can paint as customer figures, the colors are provided by the shop for free. If I want to buy paint for myself, the whole Vallejo color assortment is there. And that of Games Workshop. And that of Armypainter. But ... what good is that to me as a Wyrd fan, Malifaux addict and Neverborn lover, though I still can not buy Lord Chompy after 10 months? Hey, for a real little monster, I only need 9 months! (Actually my wife, I only need 5 minutes) I'm in the shop and look at the assortment. And notice that new things come every week. From the game workshop. A junior player does not wait 10 months for a character. Then he renounces Wyrd games and wastes his money on spice marines. So invest a bit, Wyrdos! Also send a smaller shipment abroad. The infrastructure is there. The interest is there .. and also the money from the clientele. I think if you do not neglect that, you will succeed. Otherwise you will drown or lose at least one market. The original question at the Facebook post mentioned was: How many people play Malifaux out of 100 customers in a Games Shop? So if 100 people play Warhammer and 20 of them are interested in Malifaux, but those 20 can not buy the products. ... then all 100 games will continue to play Spice Marines. This is a pity. Because TT games ...are OURS!
  3. Hello from Switzerland. I discovered Malifaux last week. Actually, I just wanted to buy paint - I saw the tots in the shop window. Love at first sight.... After 10 years break in fantasy gaming, it has now caught me again. I like Malifaux. Even more and more: There are many small details that I only discover now: The good packaging with the photo of the sprues on the back, the foam foam to protect the sprue. That the sprues can be stacked. Or the online presence of Wyrd .. the E-Zines to download .. You put a great thing on your feet. My respect and now you have won a great customer;). Many greetings Patrick
  4. Because of such beautiful figures I am (after 10 years) again in the hobby: Last week I was in the hobby shop to buy color. For the first time, I saw the Wyrd Minis. I immediately fell in love with the little angels ... Now I'm painting again and learning the rules. Old love does not rust - that's wyrd, is not it?
