  1. Ah okay, yeah that upgrade is neat, more shots and a push. On that note, being able to handle in melee is definitely a plus for the snipers and the higher defense as you said is quite valuable. Archers more than anything feel like glass cannons which I actually like. The versatility of the sniper is valuable too though. Honestly I'm going to have to try out both. I get the feeling that as I get better about picking my crew for specific schemes, one or the other will seem better for different schemes.
  2. The only benefits I see for the Sniper over the Archer is that they can be deployed far up the board and that they have a long range. Other then that the Archers have 1 Sh more accuracy and more cards for damage, assuming focused, and the Archers can also abuse Ace in the Hole for rapid fire. Threading the needle and slow trigger are also nice bonuses for the Archers. What upgrade are you referring to for turning on the Archers? I could see myself running Brothers and Tengu, both are definitely good. Sensei Yu does seem like a good one to take. Wouldn't be too torn up about buying that box either since I want to get Shenlong anyway. The Emissary however does seem like the better one to take, albeit a bit expensive.
  3. After a couple of years playing Lynch as Neverborn, I've decided that I want to start declaring Ten Thunders as I work my way deeper into the faction. I've had stuff for Malifaux since Lynch first came out in 1.5, but I've played very few games in that time so I would still consider myself a newbie. Anyway, I have the Dark Debts box, Graves, Tannen, and Beckoners. What should I get next to help me in my next tourney on Oct. 1st? A little research as told me possiblely Brothers or Archers. I'm liking the idea of taking stuff that abuses Ace in the Hole. Thanks for the help!
