We will be hosting the second annual Malifaux tournament at Count-i-con 2016. The tournament will be Saturday August 27 from 12-8. This is the second year running tournaments at the con. This tournament will be a 50 soulstone, single faction tourney. It will be 3 rounds with each round lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes minutes. There will be an hour long break for lunch. We will be using the 2016 Gaining Grounds packet. Tournament packets and a schedule break down will be made available as we get closer to the con. There will be a 16 player maximum for this tournament. Should interest exceed that number, we will reevaluate the number. We will be using the Wyrd Tournament kit for prize support as well as many other goodies.To enter the convention, a one day ticket is $7.00, for both days a ticket is $10.00. Entry fee for this tournament is $5.00. There will be an X-Wing, Batman Miniature Game and Malifaux tournaments on Saturday and Guild Ball and Marvel Universe Miniature Game on Sunday. Despite the different schemes and strat and board set ups, what are some general ideas or strategies for The Dreamer playing against Von Schill. Dealing with common models that are found in Von Schill lists? Which models fare well against his common crews?

We will be holding our first ever Malifaux Leauge. It will be a 30ss league and will run 4 rounds/ 8 weeks. Each round is 2 weeks and you are required to play one game within that time frame. Our gaming group will be hosting a Malifaux Tournament at the second annual Lake Count.I.Con. The Con is a local pop culture convention held at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, IL. It will be held on Sunday August 30 from 12-6. This will be the first table top tournament held at this Convention. The tournament will follow all current Tournament Rules as provided by Wyrd (company). There is a $5.00 ticket charge to enter the Convention which is paid at the door. We need at least 16 players to be able to hold this event. This will be a shorter 3 round tourney due to time constraints but should make for a fun afternoon of Malifaux! Rounds will last 1.5 hours. Schemes and Strats will be drawn for in advance and posted prior to event. This will be a 35ss Tournament.
