  1. I can see clear rules for drop and create. When dropping a marker you can put it underneath a model friendly or enemy and when you create it can't be put underneath but what about when you Place. For example can Ice Dancers "Ice Skating" ability be used to place underneath another model.
  2. If you use (0) Domesticate: Until the end of the turn, enemy Beasts receive - on all Duels while this Model is in their LoS. Then (2) Alpha (Ca 7t/ TN 15tM/ Rst Wp/ Rg 8): Target Beast activates immediately after this model’s activation ends. You control the target during this activation. This activation does not count as the target’s activation this turn, but does count as a Chain Activation Marcus’s Crew. When the beast you Alpha takes it's actication would it be considered friendly or would it still be an enemy beast and have - flips during the Alpha activation.
  3. No worries. That is how we played it and thought it worked. It just seemed to be going around the spirit of the Law of Meat ability. Thanks again.
  4. Law of meat reads "“Prey: This model may not take Charge actions and while this model is engaged in melee, it may only take Walk Actions.” So what you mean is he could take attack actions against your own units.
  5. I would just like to double check something. If you have law of meat on you but you aren't engaged by the enemy can you attack your own units with a melee attack because you aren't considered engage with them?
  6. I am fairly new to Malifaux and notice the wave 2 models all got release in pdf did they release wave 1 like that and if so where do I find it?
  7. Can a model target itself with tactical actions? Or Ca actions? Such as say Myranda healing herself or The Captian Airbursting himself.
  8. I am curious what the rules are when you take a model that is out of faction like say a mercenary or if you leader has an upgrade that allows you. Can you put upgrades on them if they are a henchman or enforcer? and if so is it from their original faction or from the faction of your crews leader?
  9. Re: Upgrades for Sabertooth You need to remember with imbued energy you can discard it for fast. An extra attack action can sometimes mean the difference between him succeeding at leaping over and killing a tactical target or failing.. Especially with his + to flips and damage on his opening attack because he doesn't have wounds on him yet.
  10. I have started putting Cojo in my Rasp army and have found it really effective. With his built in 3" smack from melee and his 0 action 4" push he gives Rasp crew the ability to set position really well I have found.
  11. I am new to Malifaux and picked arcanist as my crew. I really like the different masters. Here is a little trick I found for my fellow Arcanist buddies. Take Ramos, Brass Arachnid and Howard Langston with Imbued Energy after that the rest of the crew is a little situational. Try to have more models than the other guy so you can out activate him. Then use the Brass to rewire Howard and have Howard go last. Discard Imbued Energy to give him fast and you can have him cover 25" and still use Flurry once this turn and if you win initiative flurry again. Most Models will die from 6 attacks from Howard Langston. If you don't need to cover the full 25" of walk available to you then yah.. another attack for every 5" you cut. If you can get down to 2 walk and a charge before you use this trick you are in business. 5 unanswered attacks and possibly 3 more at the start of next turn.
  12. I know they didn't change Marcus or Myranda but did they make any changes to the arcanist beast line-up? It seemed strange to me that Silurids got a built in mask but Sabertooth had to flip for it.
