So, I've been out of the raspy game this edition and only got back into it. I'm pretty sure I love this new version but why all the hate for Acolytes? Their gun is pretty strong. And it hit me mid-typing this message it's because we summon Ice Pillars everywhere and they act as cover for enemy models making them useless isn't it? So if that's the biggest problem the only change he would really need is "Ice Sight - Ignores Ice Pillar Markers when taking attack actions" or something like that but worded by a writer instead of me.

I find him boring to play but i like having shennanigans to pull but i tell ya he aint fun to face if you are a blast centered crew like sonnia or rasputina.

Your wife needs a nephilim crew, go for lilith its all big muscley demon murder machines. If yiu want tricks i think collette might be a good fit, i love all of her schene and novment shennanigans Unless you meant to stick with guild then sonnia is pretty interesting but my guild knowledge is limited

Back in 1e i saw rasputina and was like "cute girl with ice monsters, im down" not very interesting until i got,my older brother in the game and his choice was based on how he could hunt down my "arcanist scum" thus he picked sonnia. My win loss record was not great

Hm, I never thought of it as cheapening my opponents victory. If I whined it would have been so I didn't feel like I sucked but if it's cheapening someones elses victory of experience that dog won't hunt. I too will resolve to not whine about crappy card flips and bad hands.

Don't clump up, use AP to put out burning, and have someone close into melee with her if you can. Sometimes it's worth losing a model to stop those damned blasts. Also keep an eye on Sam if he brings him. He can't take a lot but if he gets a shot off he can do some devestating damage real fast. But most of all. DON'T BE ON FIRE!!! Seriously being on fire sucks...stupid fire.

So not quite sure if this is the right thread to ask this but I've been looking for some proxies to make a Coryphee Duet and frankly finding the metal ones isn't an option at this point (Pretty much only seen one and it was on ebay for like forty bucks). I dunno if anyone has ever proxied them since their model is cool on it's own but any suggestions?

Only one model (or pair of models depending on how their released) that I am looking forward too. Coryphee Duet (Or Coryphee if they do it like the metal).

So am I to take "Proxies will be approved" means I can proxy models like the Coryphee that have not been released yet?

I just used this as my gamer tage on Xbox live. I found it was satisfying when it popped up Default as the person who killed someone in a game. I had to add the 108 later and I had a reason at that point but it eludes me now. It's an artifact of days long since gone.

I only played this once. The Mature Nephilim, I found, was like that joke "Where does an 800 pound gorilla sit? Anywhere he wants!" was a very apt description. Then again I was fighting a player who chose the Witchling Handler, and another player that chose the Strongarm Suit. So only one of them was really a threat at any given moment.

Oh crap, Bengt, you are correct sir. I was thinking it was a positive flip to melee attacks for some reason. Okay so a shooting model might be a bit powerful. Maybe keep it's damage profile rather low for a shooting model. Hm. Okay so that would rule out a caster based sister too....so I got nothing then lol.

I have the viktorias as my only outcast crew and I am thinking of starting a Misaki outcast crew but what would be good to use with her? Most of her best stuff is Ten Thunders so I'm at a loss at what is best to do with her. I want to proxy and test her out in the coming week but I don't have a clue where to start with her as an Outcast master. Any thoughts?

I think a good ranged model with the sister tag and no melee action kind of negate the buff power (leaving only the healing and movement stuff). Something not so powerful, maybe even a mid-range with a shotgun or something. I just want another sister model cause I like themes. Same reason I want more Nephilim models or the same reason my brother wants more Witch Hunters for his Sonnia crew. Are they neccessary, not at all. But do I want them? Hell yes I do.

I usually like to keep Vanessa chilling in the back (all the better if you get Bodyguard) and have her do healing. So as long as Sonnia doesn't get you in one turn you might be able to hold out. I have more experience playing her with Lilith but the melee focus is similar. Avoid clumping, move in fast, and stab her in the friggin face. Alot.
