  1. Thanks very much both! I might give both options a go and see which one (if either) works best for me! How is the Dreamer as a Master for a beginner? I think I have convinced myself that this is the way to go anyway - but I will keep the Pandora option on stand-by if it doesn't work out! Now all I need to do if find a gaming group round Manchester to get some more games in :-)
  2. How about this for a 35SS list: The Dreamer Baby Kade Candy Teddy x 2 Night Terror And proxy the merc mini as the night terror for the time being/see how rusty my converting skills are and see what I can do with it! This adds an extra nightmare for the Dreamer - so might make it a bit more competitive!?
  3. The Pandora route was the way that I was considering going, as that seems to be the one that fits the best to my mind. Although I do really like the Seamus model I have undead based forces for other gaming systems, so thought I would try something new! But now that you have suggested that Dreamer list I am very intrigued. I love the Dreamer/Lord Chompy models and the Teddies!! AND what's not to love about a force consisting of 3 children, a large monster and 2 giant teddy bears!! Would this force work in practise? Is it a good fit in terms of the fluff?
  4. Hi, I've been looking at getting into Malifaux for a while now, but just never got round to it for one reason or another (money/life getting in the way etc). But now I have backed the Evil Baby Orphanage KickStarter and have a the bonus minis from that on the way - so now I have no excuse not to give it a go! Does anybody have any advice about the different ways that these models could be used in the same crew, and which way might be best for someone new to the game? Also what else would I need to buy to allow me to get started? Thanks very much in advance for any help!
