In my opinion, there isn't anything wrong with some sexy models. We have stuff like Viks, ronin and Carlos. Maybe sensei yu and shenlong? I don't swing that way but they are well toned shirtless dudes. We don't need to cover and desexualize everyone. I'm a staunch anti-censor.

Illuminated could lose terrifying and see how that treats them. For buffs I want Candy and Kade, especially Candy. Instead of nerfing Nekima, they should buff mature and teddy.

I feel giving Collodi a gun would hurt a lot. If you want to control enemies and you are in NB with a lot of melee models, it makes his enemy controller aspect bad.

We have a blast marker in the middle that is hazardous. So it's small enough to not be oppressive, but in an area where it has seen usage and used well. It's helped make the games more fun and aware for us.

I think the only thing not allowed, is pictures.

Just thoughts that seemed fun and fluffy. Would be interesting if they added a generic enforcer that once per game if she killed an enforcer, could summon a helfbreed enforcer. Would that make it potentially equal with normal grow.

So seeing as how in the story Nekima is making an army of half breeds, what about an upgrade that allows her to summon bloodwretches when she or someone within 6 kills an enemy model at the cost of say 2 cards or a soulstone?

Would be cool if certain master got an upgrade cars that gave them tyrant and changed factions. For splitting guild I'd say old guard vs new, with Lucius going NB since isn't he outted?

Yeah, similar to gremlins, but balanced 😉. I can see splitting happening, just how would Outcasts split?

Yeah, it's just small companies starting more games is always very risky, I just hope that if it does fail (I don't want it to fail) they can bounce back. I'd also add that a clearer timing page could be done along side vantage points.

Hello, I've come to discuss the future of this great game Malifaux and some possible concerns about it's future health for the Wyrd. This isn't meant to be a negative thread but an actual discussion on what could be done or considered. I know I'm just a JoeSmo with not much experience, but what the heck. So the biggest concern is what does the game hold for in 2+ years? It's Rules are pretty solid amongst any game out there (IMO) and the only thing I can see being changed to it is clarification and a mass retooling of older models. Other game companies (GW, WM-H) have this philosophy where they release a book, Half its rules are good and the other half are garbage, that gets fixed in a future edition. Hence why GW is now on 8th edition and only now seem to be producing rules that are generally balanced, thanks to a new C.E.O. The next thing is model bloat, It feels like Wyrd is experimenting with more higher cost minions and lower cost Henchman, so that new models are not directly competing with established models at the same cost. But to combat bloat, I assume it's just best to not produce more models, but that makes stagnation, which is also bad. So now we are seeing a smart move by them, by releasing less models at a time and with early release only being available at GenCon. Previous GenCons you'd see almost the whole book available instead of the 2 per faction (minus Alts) we have this GenCon, which is a smart move on their part. we'll probably only see two-ish models a months to spread the releases out to keep a steady flow of income coming from their flagship. But this can only last so long, so what can they do? Release a new faction. This would keep a steady flow for a while as they catch it up, while making a few models for the other factions along side it. The initial release could be 3 Masters, 5-6 minions, 6 enforcers and 2 extra henchmen. As for what type of faction, well, one that would hopefully fit into what is going on in the world, and my suggestion would be a pseudo (maybe religious) zealot faction from earthside. I personally have always liked the super religious factions in games (brotherhood from WZ:R, SoB, Church from Anima Tactics). They could have formed after/during the time frame of The Other Side with Guild having lost control and this group seeing the horrors of what came from the portal, and wanting vengeance. Then, after seeing how bad it is in Malifaux, seek out the purify/exterminate/crusade/save the things/people. A mechanic they could use is self damage to gain bonuses. Like dealing 2 unpreventable damage to make their attack do 2 more damage, take 2 damage to gain focus. So, what do y'all think? Am I crazy, what do you think about the future of this great game?

What combos of upgrades do you all use on her? I recently tried bigger they are, survivalist and stalking bisento. It worked well when using thunder on multiple enforcers since it makes the blast on moderate now a 4dmg. I was thinking of swapping stalking for disguised. I really enjoyed bigger they are on her putting her moderate to 5 damage and just chew through anything with an upgrade.

I used overwatch as a single example to support that other games have gone through the same situation. I'm not defending the game from not including gay characters, I'm defending people trying to change what writers write. We don't have full control, but companies do tend to pander to people who spout enough, and there is where I have an issue. I'm just going to head out and hopefully let this die out. I thought i read that there was big hints with her and Cassandra. I havent read things on her, just i could have sworn people talked about it. I could be wrong. Someone feel free to correct me.
