30ss Tournament will be held at Otto's Video Games and More 7701 White Lane A-1 Bakersfield, CA 93309 Shared Strategies, Open Faction, Dead Heat The Painting Contest will be held between the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the tournament. It will be for the best painted crew. Judging will be conducted by store staff. Prizes for the tournament and painting contest will include a crew box, blister packs and more. Hope to see you there. Will there be live performances? When does the exhibit hall open?

I'd play it as the Vik casting the spell will switch with a friendly model in melee. Only resptriction being the word "target" meaning you need to have LoS to the friendly model.
