Well! First Tassie Malifaux Demo Day is over! It ended up being rather successful in the end. We had a bunch of people super keen and placing there Malifaux orders straight away! We've already started organising the next one, Ill put the info up soon! yiew! -Skribs

Hey Guys, Here will live all uploads of my Malifaux Minis!!! WIPs and Finished models, commissions and personal collections! It will be wonderous! ... wait is that even a word? hmm... any who, hope you guys enjoy, Id very much appreciate any feedback and/or advice! Thanks guys! note: I apologise for my initial camera work, I will look into becoming a master photographer as this thread grows. -Skribs Ok so to kick this disco into gear, here is a work in progress my first Death Marshal! for good Ol' LJ! (only logical it had to be the one off the rule book cover art!) Not much left to do, just some touch ups, some base detailing and the metals really, Ill be trying NMM for all metals with Malifaux! It just seems to suit the style I think. Ill replace these imgs with finished ones as soon as Im done, just wanted to share with you where Im at now! Second Death Marshal... Way happier with how this one is turning out, this is how Ill be doing them from now on! Which means that first one will be getting a repaint! also first time ever trying lighting effects! Not much left to do, a few minor bits (Gun, Pistol holster, finish off boots and a bit of base detailing)

Wow these buildings make setting up a western themed modular board for Malifaux so easy! With a little bit of detail work you could make these looks amazing! Also pretty cheap! Might have to invest me thinks. -Skribs

Oh how I remember my first painted model, its was a Blood Angel Space marine. The undercoating was so thick I lost most of the model detail! I knew absolutely nothing about painting techniques other than 'brush loaded heavy with paint straight out of the pot onto model' I remember it ended up looking like id just dipped him straight in the blood red pot, also..well.. lets just say my painting of eyes left rather a lot to desire.... if I had photos of it id burn them, noone should bare witness to such monstrosities -Skribs edit: mind you I was only 11 at the time...

Why hello there, Let me tell you a little about myself. I like long walks on the beach and sharing icecream with that special someone..... oh wait wrong forums... >.< okay..I apologise for the lame dad joke intro.... I know... but it broke the ice didnt it? and now that we are all friends I can actually tell you about myself and not feel wyrd. (see what I did there? oh yeah) but seriously... Skribblekid here, I hail from Hobart, Tasmania, which is part of Australia. For those that dont know where Tasmania is pull out your trusty atlas and check out Aus, we are the little island just broken off at the bottom! Ive been playing table top games for rather a good few years now, I recently have returned after a long break from gaming though, pretty much purely only to play a skirmish game and that chosen skirmish game has become Malifaux, this game is incredible and I have already been bitten by the bug (or was that a giant mosquito?) what ever it was the addiction is solid and growing, Ive played a bunch of games so far and loving it! Currently running an LJ crew, but I have on order a Necodem Crew which I plan to play competitively with. I also have a Sonnia Crid Box which I use for demo'ing the game to friends and everyone Ive showed this game to so far thinks its great also! I plan in the near future to apply to become a Henchmen, Id really love to give this game a solid foundation and community in Hobart! anyways, Happy to finally be on the forums! (sorry for the wall of text, its 1 in the morning and Im way to excited to be posting) >.< -Skribbles
