  1. Hi!

Do you have alternate cards from puppet wars game?

I am interested in getting them and not find them.

    Regards

    Sergio

  2. UK shipping is available for an extra $15 (so, $75 shipped). Sorry Pinocchio, I think I told you $20 via PM. Teddy is still available. Please do not offer me less. Shipping costs in the US went up drastically about a month ago, and $60 shipped is a very fair price.
  3. Seller backed out (didn't know wife had gotten him one for valentines day haha), so this is still available. $60 shipped. New in box.
  4. Whoa, now that's different. I like it!
  5. Wonderful neutral colors. Please keep posting them as you get them done!
  6. And thanks for being such a great host!!! We all enjoyed meeting you guys and spending some quality gaming time with fellow puppet-fans!
  7. For those of you who haven't been to Adepticon, understand that the room you are seeing in those pics is just one medium sized room for gaming for the event at its most empty (around midnight?), used for Warhammer tournaments and Wyrd games. There are two other rooms of that size for historicals and privateer press games; a few smaller conference rooms for games like Blood Bowl, Lord of the Rings, Battlefleet Gothic, and Epic; a massive room for the vendor hall and 40k tournaments - able to hold the almost 500 players of the team tournament (a true gaming spectacle); and a whole hall's worth of gaming going on in the hallways! It may *only* be an 1800-person convention, but there's more gaming at one Adepticon than most people will see in a lifetime!
  8. Yep, that's hijynx's wife, and that's hijynx sitting next to her in the 2nd pic. She was a scary opponent for the tournament, having just learned the game the night before and was already pretty dang good! And I promise we were having way more fun than it looks in those pics lol. Where were all our smiles???? lol I ended up winning the tournament, having beaten LFG in the 2nd game in probably our best, most intense game yet. Adam is on these forums, too (Vmag). It was great meeting him and Brooke on Saturday night. Hopefully we can all hook up at next year's adepticon. That captain morgan pic is hilarious lol
  9. Thank you! We found an embarrassing typo on the Red Teddy this weekend. No, he does not cost 8:rams to activate lol. Pawns 4 and Errata have been updated: https://docs.google.com/?pli=1#folders/0B4QyrdnoVcN1MWU4Zjg0OWEtMTg5OS00MTllLWJiNjgtODM0MTMwM2M2Nzlh
  10. It was awesome meeting you guys. Lisa was like, "well it's too bad they don't live closer...." We'll have to hook up next year at Adepticon and play our new favorite game ---------- Post added at 08:35 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:34 PM ---------- I have some I'll try to get posted
  11. Well, Adepticon 10 is behind us and seemed to be a raging success. I love seeing all my friends from around the country (and overseas), and love meeting new people and experiencing new games. Adepticon is always one of my favorite weekends of the year. LFG and I demoed the game for six people and there are six new PW fans. People seemed to love the custom board and alternate cards. LaFemmeGeekita and I had a seriously intense and brutal game to more or less decide the tournament on Sunday. I had an early Teddy menace on her Pokey, but she countered it and went on the offensive. I fought off three attacks on Seamus, and with him down to one stitch left, my Bete Noir made a suicide run on Pokey. She played the red joker for defense and I had the red joker to counter for the win. Super awesome game. It was a really small (4 players) round-robin tournament. Sunday events tend to suffer at the end of the long and incredibly busy adepticon weekend. Even the big warhammer 40k events tend to experience lots of no-shows. I have a feeling it's going to grow next year.
  12. Well, we leave for Adepticon in two days. Lots to do before we get on the road, but my painting is on the homestretch. Hooded Rider is done, the Marcus I'm painting for a friend is almost done, and the Pandora I'm painting just to have all our masters finished is half done (pics of all of them will be posted before we leave). It's been a fun Road to Adepticon. Lots of great games locally with LFG and fullborer, and it's nice to have my painting mojo back. It's a shame Dennis won't be able to play in the tournament, but it'll be great to see him anyways. Not sure what Dave's plans are, but I can't wait to see his Hooded Rider in person, and have some beers and good times with him and all the friends I don't get to see nearly enough of. Looking forward to meeting Nilus and the rest of the forum crew that will be there. Really looking forward to getting some side games of PW in! Hope you all have enjoyed this... forum? blog? flog? blogrum? It's really helped LFG and I stay on track and we've enjoyed sharing our stuff with you all. It has also gotten us into some good playing habits, like analyzing our games and gameplay. I know next time I start a project I'll be using something like this to keep me motivated, and I encourage you all to do the same - if for no other reason than I really enjoy seeing them! Don't worry, my next post will be more pretty pictures and less rambling.
  13. Dragonforge sells packs cast guitar string in several sizes. *Much* easier to work with, by a factor of about 50.
  14. Better try it on a test mini or two before you try it with your favorite models....
