  1. I second the good quality epoxy. If you have a good setup that can hold a model in position (I have a multi directional fly fishing lure vice setup) then epoxy is probably the best bond you can have
  2. Id argue that misaki is a poor size comparison (she soo spindly it scares me pulling her out of my case). that being said, its quite nicely done and being cardstock if youre printing it out yourself it shouldnt be too hard to slightly alter the scale
  3. Youre going to have to post pictures of this when youre done. Im very intrigued how these turn out!
  4. wow, I had to take a second look, those underboob shadows are ominous. I hope the model doesnt actually have man boobs like that
  5. I had alot of trouble with similar small limbs (10T oiran) in the end I just put a glob of green stuff into a mud puddle and sank their tiny feet into it. the glue contact points were far too small and the feet too petite to drill into so there wasnt really many other options available. The true scale looks nice but sometimes I wish i had a nice chunky hero scale foot to drill into
  6. I do love a good dose of truth and reality. Nice to see the details
  7. not to mention that they have competative online pricing without the ridiculous international fees canadians usually have to pay from US retailers
  8. The prices seem pretty consistant with what we've seen, some of the odd prices for models coming in the next few months may make more sense when we see the sculpts. Personally, If the quality of sculpts stays high, and the cost stays consistant im ok. The design of the game itself lends itself to be a cheaper game even if the prices are comparable to other games in the industry. All in all, id prefer it to be cheaper, but if staying on par with other companies prices keeps the business side healthy and the company growing it seems fine to me
  9. absolutely lovely stuff, whats a setup like that cost? it looks pretty spiffy
  10. in a wierd roundabout way...isnt it? the issue being the some models are yet to have rules cant the lack of rules be an issue?
  11. Im unsure of how effective tara's design will be. But Im honestly really impressed by the concept, moving into entirely new design space as far as rules are concerned for a crew that for all outwards appearances will have a very unique feel
  12. super cool, love thematic boards. Ive been thinking about making a casino themed one as I have access to old table felts, inumerable casino chips, and more cards than I could ever hope to use. those buildings on the bayou board look laser cut, that something ya'll get custom made?
  13. Id be pleased as pie as long as it gets released before I get off work so i can sneak a printout on my work computer
  14. sadly, the community at my shop has been nonexistant since october. from 4-5 games going all day every game night, to maybe 1 game a week...if that. the news of 2.0 has been mostly met with shrugs. People do have their eye on how it turns out and it may entice some people to play if its good. Most people are in a wait and see mode though
  15. Close to every model in the line is fantastic. However. So SOO many of them really them need to be resculpted with assembly and durability in mind. When I first started I bought the seamus boxed set.. 3/5 models had major durability or assembly issues. This especially I think is a concern with the increased popularity of the game. For people coming into a game nothing can be more of a turn off than models are are impossibly to assemble or start falling to pieces the first day you play with them
