  1. On the weekend of February 16-17 I will have Malifaux stuff at Parker Banner Kent and Wayne Comics and games in Cornelious, NC. I will be conducting demo's of Malifaux as well as Puppet wars and Evil Baby Orphanage. I want to see our community grow. So get out those old models and come down to the store. 21500 Catawba Ave. Suite A, Cornelius, NC 28031
  2. True you get one for free then the other one is summoned of a corpse counter or something else that was living/undead. The nice part if once you have summoned them as long as between them and Levi at least one of them survive the turn you get all three, Levi and 2 waifs, back for the next round.
  3. Normally he can only have 2 in a brawl that doubles to 4. I picked up 2 clamshells and gave one model to my wife for conversion. Seeing as the clamshells have 2 waifs.
  4. I've always understood models with flight and float land when not moving. The exception being float over impassable terrain. The model may pass over but no where does it say other models may pass under.
  5. pg 44 of the RM "...Models can only suffer as many Wounds as they have remaining, and can never be reduced to negative Wounds." (1) Hurt: Inflict up to 3 Wd on Sue. Draw one card for each Wd inflicted. This action may be performed once per turn. Also on pg 44. "A model cannot use a Talent or cast a Spell that requires it to inflict Wd on itself if it would reduce it's own Wounds to 0." So while he could use it I don't think he could draw 2 cards with 2 Wounds remaining. Since he is inflict Wounds directly not Dg Hard to kill: While a model has 2 or more Wd remaining when it suffers Dg, it may only be reduced to 1 Wd by a single damage source. pg 44 Effects which increase or reduce Dg so not affect Wd inflicted directly, and vice versa. Note that hard to kill actually specifies suffers Dg not Damage (pg 116)
  6. I personally love it when using McM and a gremlin Squeel!s. More so when I Scalpel Sling. He pushes off the trigger then I push off the end of the action giving me a 10" move, more depending on model placement after the pushes.
  7. I have summoned 2 in more than one game. Sometimes I would rather have them than the RN. Two would be the most you should ever need in my opinion.
  8. It all comes down to situation. If you're against someone slow its fine but someone who is gonna cross the board might not be the smartest idea. When I'm against gremlins I don't like to get into their shooting range too quickly. Also the dead rider can help compensate for shorting his move.
  9. They just don't take damage from blasts. The initial hit isn't a blast. At least that's how I read it.
  10. I understand moving him but at the same time if he gets too close too early bad things happen. If I can I try to do his big move turn 2 or 3 and get him into combat.
  11. If you start with the dogs in range on McM then you dont need the Scaple Sling and you can get a flesh construct first turn
  12. I would like to see the fluff pulled out of book one and made available for PDF download. I have all three books and the rules manual but being able to have them on my tablet would make it much easier to keep them all with me. Even if they removed the model stats I would be ok with that.
  13. Before you can make the move the spell has to be successfully cast. if its resisted then none of the parts can be done unless otherwise stated so. Such as avatar seamus where even where as his fists slow when resisted.
  14. I would think that because Stampede happens at the start of activation whichever player has the initiative would logically be the one with first dibbs. Since he/she would be the active player.
