  1. Ah! I totally missed this post. I'd like to thank everyone that came out though, without players, I wouldn't be able to do this kind of stuff, and thanks for bearing with me as I ran my first tournament
  2. I could see the perception of the game being "too French" as Malifaux is a french sounding word, in addition to being a part of a small town in France. There are many French sounding names in the game, but most people should be reminded that most of those are of a Southern US/Creole influence... Such a silly reason to not play a game... You know what you need to do? Apply to be a henchman, and start getting people to play this game that is Too French *wink* Edit: Colette and the LaCroix are most likely derived from Louisiana Creole French...
  3. I'll be in the Cake Tournament, and yes you do have to bring cake
  4. Everyone, I'm having severe issues getting Wyrd miniatures for prize support due to the Wyrd store having technical issues and not liking me lol. I'm trying to get this issue solved, but there might be some humorous/unconvetional prizes for the event. This is just to prepare anyone that might be considering coming down for the prizes.
  5. Alternatively you can go here: http://www.malifaux.com/Downloads.php and click the Dreamer Update
  6. Awesome! Bring friends . There is going to be a slight change in the prizes for the tournament, as Kirai's box is and has been out of stock. We have it on back order, but it's not looking good on getting it in time. So the changes have been reflected above.
  7. Just an update, we're about a week and a half away. If you're interested just post here, or PM me, and I'll be glad to help you out.
  8. I'm becoming a big fan of my Ressers, Nicodem took down Ramos and his dirty mechanical spiders on Friday, it was my first 35ss game with the Zombie master, and my players are beginning to hate Canine Remains
  9. We'll be there, I had to decide between Wyrd or On the Lamb, and since we're releasing EFT and I had my hand in that pie for awhile, I decided to go with them... I might still try to get a shift with Wyrd for the heck of it
  10. They are resin, so I'm assuming that has to be the type and style of resin that our caster uses... It seems similar to some Forgeworld pieces I have... also *grin*
  11. It's 65 Degrees Fahrenheit... wtf Ohio, wtf... I'm not complaining but it's going to be 26 degrees tomorrow and 19 on friday... I wish my state would make up it's mind on the weather Also, Just got a picture from our caster for Endless: Fantasy Tactics, I'm so excited to get my mitts on these guys:
  12. Man these past few weeks have left me exhausted... So much so that I forgot to submit my store's victor for Dead of Winter >_< Also Path of Exile ate my weekend... how are you folks doing Ed, how did your event go?
