  1. the old rpg thread: http://wyrd-games.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8145 i had a general unisystem version floating around somewhere. haven't actually given it a test drive though.
  2. i think the list is solid as long as you don't face a bunch of spirits and constructs... the swampmen are alot better when facing living or undead imo. have only run w/ 3 though personally.
  3. hooded rider, maybe? use Night ability to get up close and personal (can't be targeted by ranged attacks), then swap over to a more damaging aspect when in melee range. w/ pandora killing perdita quickly will be a major priority, otherwise she will mow pandora down w/ her weak defence (perdy can target pandora freely w/ no checks). the rider may be able to get to her, but it'll take 2 good hits (most likely w/ Noon aspect) to take her down. (note, if you see lady justtits, she needs to go down quickly also due to the aura she casts.. can make short work of pandora also) and to restate the orgetga's in general.. it's an even Wp dual w/ pandora and perdita. everyone else but loco will have an effective +1 advangage on the flip when defending a Wp dual. makes her normal trick of incite/pacify everyone hard to pull off
  4. anyone use the big guy in a game w/ neverborne yet? i've yet to see many people get to the point value that he wouldn't feel grossly overpriced for (max i've played is maybe 30ss, would wanna wait for 35ish i think). i'd love to see him and lilith side by side on the board. could make for a tough decision as far as the focus fire priority. also... he has neverborne in his ranks.. does that mean we wouldn't need to pay the +1ss for him? i know it's a longshot, but hafta ask.
  5. hate to say, but if he's using the ortega's you'll wanna grab more beatsticks and less of the WP dualing models. most the clan has good Wp's and then a +2 bonus when making a defensive Wp dual, making pandora's main trick quite a bit less effective.
  6. especially the fact that there's no resist to it. that and the free healing flips make her nice. i just wish my opponents actually failed thier harmless tests
  7. i think the 2 main things against him are the +3ss cost over convict, and the fact the spell that makes him actually worthy is cast needing a 7 of rams or better. almost always better to go w/ the cheaper and more reliable model.
  8. well... the only 2 non faction beast s out there are the waidgeist and the silurid, both neverborn models. the waidgeist isn't actually out yet as a model. i only toyed w/ him once in a lilith list- he's decent in a forest to move it, effect line of sight, or try to root someone in place, but i can't image he'd be a better choice than the other beasts marcus could recruit (for one more ss, i'd go w/ the razorspine, myself). the silurid is a great model though... very fast and hits living and undead models quite hard. mobility and it's chameleon ability will frustrate an opponent and it's a moderately priced model.
  9. there's a loose 'hand drawn' style map on the last page of the book. doesn't give much in the way of detail, but shows major locations in relation to the city proper. (mainly story related locations)
  10. kk, added the game mechanic section, and 2 links on 1st post to uploaded documents- though i couldn't get pics to work on the original doc correctly, so twists of fate will look like (-) or (+) on it. once again, any feedback might be helpful. already know i need to add in some resurrectionist abilities to raise dead.
  11. a cheap way could always be to nab a 2ss totem, pretty sure every force has one. or else field some cheap models and be aggressive w/ em. once one is fairly wounded, pop him out of it. (or best bet... a slow to die model... use it's last activation to bring him in) though at 11ss base and needing to wait fr another model to come into play.. he might be best off in larger games in general (was just tossing ideas out there)
  12. it didn't even occur to me that she did that to all models... was only thinking of how it affected enemy models >< aah, the subtle nuances
  13. hmm.. a student of conflict could bring him back up to speed on his summoned turn also. run with lilith so you can transposition where he's needed for his (all) action and it wouldn't be too hard to pull off (though it might then be a sitting duck).
  14. hmm... never uploaded a document, know of a good site for it? (am also using opendocument to process it- had a free version of word, but it locked up every time i tried to paste something into it)
  15. can't look through or change the order of any discard piles (pg 34 for quick reference)
