  1. How many of you, if any use the special book terrain on tables? How much do you think it would unbalance games? I think they add a lot of theme to the game, so the question becomes at what point does new/fun/interesting overturn the idea of "perfect balance".
  2. In the end of Q1 or beginning of Q2 Flat Land Games will be opening in Wixom MI. As part of our grand opening we will be running both a Malifaux League and Tournament. We are currently finalizing things, but expect more information as we go forward. Malifaux will be a focus of the store along with all the other main line (and some minor line) games. Watch us on Facebook (Flat Land Games) or at www.flatlandgamestore.com Lee Shirk Owner/Operator Flat Land Games MajorDomo@Flatlandgamestore.com
  3. Not a bad turn out, 4 players first night, and interest from several more. Looking forward to next Monday when my Gremlins start to really have fun.
  4. First night we're meeting. Hope to see some folk out. 6pm at Pandemonium in Garden City.
  5. There are several of us that are newish to the game as well as some veterans looking to get a Monday League night going. Looking to start next Monday the second of July. Also on Monday Nights, Pandemonium is doing a discount on Malifaux. Seems like a good way to build up the community and take some games in for the Summer Campaign. Interest?
  6. Sorry other Alpha Testers, as well as other folks I was talking to. Disappeared for a while do to work/family/injury, but I'm back and looking forward to the hot wyrd action. Now I just have to figure out who I owe from the first round of the painting contest I went MIA during back in april.
  7. I've become a big Opera fan, and so far Opera has no problems with the changes and upgrades. Looks great so far FF.
  8. Leet, Piglatin, and in 40k Forums, Ork Speak, all wind up in the same place (for me) as for folk who won't capitalize or use the occasional page break. Unreadable on a computer screen. I don't think I could actually figure out which of those would be harder to read. Hopefully now that Lolcat has posted to us in a non-leet, that could continue. If not, que sera sera. Different strokes for different folks. Heck, maybe there is a rabid minority of wyrders that prefer it.
  9. As a side note, sometimes you don't have a choice. I've had problems getting connected to the local police line a couple times. I try to get the "Random Local Police Number" and the fine person in the international call center routes me to 911, not what I'm trying to get.
  10. Just a stupid idea, but a way to *when logged in under your user idea* to mark off the things you've purchased so they don't show to you. Would make it easier to remember what you want to purchase. Just a random idea. Sorta the anti-wish list.
  11. More sewer and graveyard/rural (farmland) types would be great. Lets see some Urban Malifaux (a mix of dusty street and cobblestone?) Mad Necromancer/Steampunk sorceror laboratory bases would rock. And for those of you looking for some other premades, look at epicast. Basic, but nice. I use some of them for my 40k armies, though I love the more dynamic wyrd ones *just ordered some today, couldn't resist any longer*.
  12. Is it just my browser that always says that the most users ever was 1 on 12-31-69? It catches my eye everytime so I had to ask.
  13. Took me a little while to notice the change, but its way cool. Thanks for adding a little something to the site.
