  1. Wow. Phenomenal. I love those strong highlights.
  2. Thanks Curtis for helping out with the photo!
  3. "Laura the Pretty in Pink Panther Realm." While some of the Kingdom Death Survivors hunt the White Lion, Laura specializes in more elusive prey - Pink Panther. She thinks she is pretty in the pink armor made of the panther's hide.
  4. Actually... I am kinda happy, as I wanted it but really shouldn't be grabbing it before other priorites
  5. Wasn't there supposed to be yellow translucent Hamelin set?
  6. Howdy Ladies & Gentlemen, returning to Malifaux literally years after (I was an active member of the forums when Wyrd had just a couple of releases and way before Malifaux ) and starting to work on my Arcanists. Very curious - where can one find any fluff/background on the Dark Carnival crew? Thanks for any pointers, Morf
  7. Actually we are back for the good three weeks or so, we were upgrading the store technology to make is safer and better. And fully stocked! Great paintjob on these guys, always a pleasure to see great painters take on the miniatures born of my mind
  8. James van Schaik on the sculpting tools, Nomic on the brushes. Coming out in a month or so in a two-pack with a vampire and a little vampiric dog (does it make it a three-pack?) Zed is a Level 2 Necroplane Villain with two Damage grids - finish one off to score Agenda Points for killing Zed but you need to finish both to stop him from ravaging Pulp City.
  9. Take care Malebolgia. You've been the most excellent monkey I've ever known!
  10. I think there is a lot of doomsaying here. PP is a great company which managed to survive a transition from home company to a giant, with extremely good communication with the fanbase. At these volumes, you can't satisfy everybody, in fact, the more you try the more you stray from a good model they obviously have. You say there is no "elaborate mechanics"? I guess we all forgot what innovation focus/fury were back in the days. How having a central figure that shapes your army (same as in Malifaux) strayed from the concept of other games. So my praise where it's due.
  11. Maybe FF has boatloads of Therian starters from the days of cooperation with Rackham.
  12. I agree with that :bounce: Sorry, couldn't help! As to if I would like my jack plastic or metal: always plastic. My jacks have the history of falling apart even if pinned, scratched paintjobs even if varnished and lots of, lots of other stories like that. Plus - putting together a plastic kit with interchangeable arms is SO much easier than working with metal. I can have all 3 variants by spending just 30 USD.
  13. Here's the weird thing - the scale is all over. I just got my box of ebay goodness (btw, the game is pretty awesome) and take a look at two archers of the same race. The one sculpted by Tom Meier (left) is on par with Wyrd, Pulp City, Anima sculpts.
